The Vultures Have Come
Posted by Max Barron in Rants on August 27, 2009
Senator Ted “The Driver” Kennedy’s body had barely assumed room temperature before the Democrat feeding frenzy began – almost as if the proverbial circling vultures weren’t so proverbial but more literal. The Chappaquiddick bi-athlete had barely begun the long swim to the pearly gates for summary judgment when his fellow statists began calling for the passage of HR 3200 as a memorial to the crowned king of liberal Camelot. Being the scavenger birds of the political realm that they are, the vulture like liberal Democrats quickly began feasting on Kennedy’s corpse – politically, not literally. Time For Another Witch Hunt
Posted by Max Barron in Politics on August 25, 2009
They’re at it again. The left’s never ending search and destroy missions on Bush officials and intelligence sector personnel has come full circle once more with yet another probe into alleged misbehavior by CIA interrogators. Attorney General Eric Holder announced recently that he has signed off on the investigation and assigned prosecutor John Durham to the case. However, Holder was careful to add that they may not indict anyone. Read the rest of this entry »
Chief Lib Propogandist Hates Reaganomics: UR Responds
Posted by Max Barron in Economy, Uncanned Response on August 24, 2009
Nothing makes a liberal true believer’s hackles rise faster than the mention of Reaganomics… and nothing makes them cringe more than the harsh – and inconvenient (to them) – reality of its success. In fact, the truth of Reaganomics success is so loathsome, so despised and so horrific to liberals that they refuse to acknowledge it – for if they did it would be the end of New Deal-onomics. Liberals maintain that Reaganomics was a complete failure – mostly through the use of typical class warfare. The Chief Liberal Propagandist, Paul Krugman of the Ministry of Liberal Propaganda – a.k.a. the NY Times, is no exception. In fact he is the rule, you know the one about “tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually believe it.” Read the rest of this entry »
…I Ain’t Just Whistlin’ Dixie
Posted by Max Barron in Rants on August 20, 2009
A couple of weeks ago I saw yet another article from a mealy mouthed media hack – one that oft poses as a Republican but has been shown to be of the RINO variety – regarding the state of the GOP. For all of her attempts to appear reasoned and educated, Kathleen Parker, once again managed to tow the liberal party line with her GOP hit piece titled “A Tip for The GOP: Look Away.” In which she not only insulted southerners but demanded that the GOP shun southerners in favor of suburban elites. Shoving Health Care Back From The Brink
Posted by Max Barron in Politics on August 17, 2009
It seems like we astroturfing, right-wing extremist, small minority of people have put a dent in the Obama leviathan… Obamacare. This weekend Barack Obama and Kathleen Sebelius began backing away from the so called “Public Option,” citing it as just “one sliver, one aspect” of the proposed Health Care plan, HR3200. UR Responds to Pelosi & Hoyer: Obamacare Dissent.
Posted by Max Barron in Uncanned Response on August 10, 2009
Dissent is the highest form of Un-Americanism. More specifically dissent from the policies of The One. Or so says her “Royal Botoxness” Princess Pelosi and her court crier Steny Hoyer in their collaborative Op-Ed published in USA Today. In their world dissent is no longer the highest form of patriotism (as they constantly reminded us during the Bush years) but reporting dissent is! Voicing dissent is distinctly un-American and cannot be allowed. Or so Pelosi and Hoyer would like us to believe. Read the rest of this entry »
It’s My Town Hall And I’ll Cry If I Want To…
Posted by Max Barron in Politics on August 4, 2009
After skimming through the headline stories of the last few days, I’m reminded of the chorus from 1960’s hit “It’s My Party” by Leslie Gore. Change the lyrics a bit and you have the perfect theme song for the whining and moaning of Democrats who are being shouted down in their own town hall events.
The Democrats in Congress and Obama administration officials have joined forces using town hall formats to tour the country and “sell” the American public on their awful health care reform effort. What they hadn’t counted on was the reaction of the American people to this abomination and now they are reduced to huddling in dark corners, crying and cowering in fear as the “unruly mobs” all but pelt them with rotten tomatoes.
