Governor Palin’s “death panels”  remark is met with emotional responses and derision, yet the “Senate 6″ shortly thereafter REMOVES such enabling language in the Senate version of obamacare.

Congressman Joe Wilson cries out “You lie” and is admonished by both sides of “the aisle” for his breech of decorum, yet the next day the “Senate 6″ take steps to close the loophole in the Senate version of obamacare that would have allowed those in this country illegally to receive health care benefits.  Previously, the House voted down a Republican amendment to HR 3200 that would have done the same on a mostly straight party line vote…

As for your comment… I’m not sure whether you wrote this tripe (and outright false tripe at that) or whether you simply copied and pasted.  Either way it is still unfounded garbage.  You state that 2/3 of Americans want socialised medicine?  Please show me your resource on that one… because the last time that I checked – and that is regularly – more than 40% are completely opposed while less than 40% are in favor.  That is hardly 2/3.  I would also like to see your resources for your other egregiously outrageous assertions that overwhelming majorities of Republicans and Independents support the so called “public option.”  Simply put, your claims are fallacies.  No Republican is in favor of a public option… as I have explained in great and graphic detail here a number of times too numerous to link, the public option is in reality back-door socialised medicine.  And no Republican supports that as it is against the core of our beliefs. Not to mention the fact that a great number of Blue Dog Democrats have pledged to vote against a public option. Were there such overwhelming support (even from the Democrats) then that would not be the case. So please explain to me and my readers the reasoning behind every Republican and so many Democrats vowing to vote against a public option? Were there so much support this would not be the case and there wouldn’t have been such an outpouring of anger from the American people seen at countless protests and townhalls… and what looks to be phenomenal turn out at tomorrow’s D.C. March against Obamacare.

With 79% of seniors supporting creating a new strong Government-run public option plan, available immediately. Including 89% of Democrats, 80% of Independents, and 61% of Republicans, STUNNING!!

It’s not just because it will lower cost. Because a strong public option will dramatically lower cost for everyone. And dramatically improved the quality of care everyone receives in America and around the World. Rich, middle class, and poor a like.
